Cancer Care

AWARD WINNING CARE. CLOSE TO HOME.

Suburban Community Hospital’s Cancer Center has been designated by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer Program for offering high-quality oncology services. Only hospitals who undergo rigorous standards of providing the highest quality of oncology care receive this designation. In fact, only about one in four hospitals, providing cancer care, earns this distinction.

Our center is proudly affiliated with the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital System’s Sidney Kimmel Cancer Network.

Suburban Community’s Cancer Center uses advanced techniques to aggressively treat malignancies, while, also, providing hope for a future without the disease. Our cancer specialists strive to provide each patient with quality, compassionate care in a comfortable environment, as well as education and support for our patient and their families. Our cancer center’s multidisciplinary team is comprised of board-certified oncologists who collaborate with a wide variety of specialists in pulmonary, GI, gynecology, breast, hematology, neurology, otolaryngology and surgery. The medical oncologists on staff, at Suburban Community’s Cancer Center, are considered among the best in the region and have been involved in multiple research projects.
